Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Everywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside of NZ.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Products are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and will take 2-3 working days to ship. Deliveries will arrive be between 8am and 5pm midweek.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is FREE for orders over $50.00. Shipping is $5.00 for orders under $50.00.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Transfer. Bank Number: 03-0675-0459792-00 Please make sure to put your full name as a reference when making a direct bank transfer. All online payments go through Westpac, and thus incur Westpac's safe online payment guarantee.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, click the blue "add to cart" button below the product you wish to purchase. Then click "proceed to check out" and enter you details. All details are kept private and any credit card details are encrypted.

Q: What are your returns policies?
A: If you are unhappy with online purchase for any reason you are able to send back the item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and labels. Send returns to: Summit Collective, Unit 1, Ballantyne Road, Wanaka. Delivery fee is non-refundable.

Q: What are your privacy policies?
A: Summit Collective (ArmadaNZ) meets all laws and guidelines of the New Zealand Privacy act. Summit Collective will under no circumstances release any customer information to third parties. Any data stored is used for Summit Collective business purposes use only.
All credit card transactions are secure and encrypted and therefor cannot be intercepted by third parties. Once a transaction is completed, credit card details will be deleted.

Summit Collective reserves the right to confirm or cancel any order up to the time of shipping product. All pricing, sizes and colourways will be confirmed in an email after online purchase has been made.

We will make every effort to fulfil orders placed using this online service but we do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock.

We will make every effort to ensure the descriptions and prices for the goods and services shown on the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to adjust the actual price charged if the prices shown are incorrect, and to vary our prices and product descriptions at any time and without notice.
